absolutely wonderful. I used 3 squares of chocolate and 1 package of white chocolate pudding. Made a very large amount of frosting. Enough for 2 9X12 cakes. So much better than canned frosting, and almost as easy.

Microwave Corn on the Cob

micro cook it in the husk and silk four minutes. Let rest for 1 minute Cut off the stalk end, hold on to the end with the silk and the corn will slide right out of the husk perfectly cleaned and ready to eat. Delicious.

Ghirardelli® Classic White Chocolate Creme Brulee

Great recipe -just a tip for brulee in general-use your microwave and a large (1 0r 2 quart) measuring cup. makes pouring custard much easier and no burning bottoms! use big cup for the hot water bath pouring also.

Spinach, Pear and Feta Salad

great recipe. Used canned pears, they wont turn brown. Made individual salads with fanned pears and then sprinkled with pomegranate seeds. beautiful Christmas salad.

White Sauce

make it even easier and pop everything in the microwave. No risk of burning anything and lots less stirring. Just melt the butter first, stir in the flour, then put in micro for about 90 seconds. stirring once.

Cheesy Macaroni and Beef Casserole with Thyme

good tasting recipe, but I think way too much flour. I used 1/4 C and it still thicken up too much. Used cooked ham instead of beef, used 1/4C wine, dried thyme. tasted like cheese fondue with pasta. GOOD

Almond Chicken Casserole II

great recipe. used 1/2 c sour cream and 1/2c blue cheese salad dressinginstead of Mayo.Added some cut asparagus. Also used Balsami rice cause thats what I had on hand. Baked in 9x9 pan had plenty for 4 with a few left overs. used ritz crackers with the almonds and sprinkled both on top the last ten minutes. was sort of soupy, so let stand for 10 before serving on toast points.

Salmon with Pecan Honey Glaze

Absolutely incredible, and I hate fish. My husband says we have to put this on our menu when we open a restaurant. Not really in the plans but we always look for recipes just in case. Did cut the butter and used olive oil instead.
