Flourless Chocolate Cake I
Fantastic. I made it exactly according to the recepie.Next time i will look for a smaller recipe that uses 12 ounces of chocolate. It was hard for me to find a pan that would accommodate a 10 inch pan for the water bath.

Teriyaki Marinade
this was ok. Next time i will leave out the worsteshire sauce and add a bit of sesame oil.

Veracruz-Style Red Snapper
Fabulous. Made it twice. Finished both times with cilantro. Next time i might try this with shrimp.
