Todd's Famous Blueberry Pancakes
I've made these twice so far and they are the best homemade pancakes I've ever attempted to make. I love how they do not taste like cake batter and are not sweet. I used fresh blueberries that I had frozen myself and I didn't wait an hour for the batter to sit. Who has time for that! I let it sit just about five to ten mins like you would any other pancake batter and they came out beautiful. This recipe is in my collection now and will always use this when making pancakes.

Cabbage Fat-Burning Soup
This soup is delicious! I used the hot and spicy tomoatoe juice instead of the plain regular tomatoe juice and I add frozen mixed veggies on top of the veggies the recipe calls for. Very filling. My lunch for the week! :)

Brown Sugar Meatloaf
This is extremely good. I only tweaked the seasonings. I always do because my family like a lot of flavor. I added ketchup, salt, garlic salt and pepper. I have man eaters at my home so I used 3 pds of ground beef -- lol! The brown sugar and ketchup on the bottom took this meatloaf over the top. Defintely will make again.
