Love this recipe -- it's quick & easy to throw together in the morning. We love mushrooms, so I also add one can of sliced mushrooms (including the juice). When the meat is done, I thicken the liquid into a gravy... serve with mashed potatoes & it's a hit every time!

Cranberry Bars

I had to do some creative substituting since my grocery store did not have fresh cranberries. All in all, the bars came out pretty good -- very chewy. Can definitely taste the brown sugar & cinnamon in them.

Monster Cookies VIII

I substituted butterscotch chips for the walnuts -- tastes great!! They were simple & fast to make. I will try them with other variations & cake mix flavors.

Peanut Butter Dreams

My husband & I loved these!! I like the rice crispy cereal -- it adds some crunch! The peanut butter mixture seemed a little dry, but I was still able to get the balls to stick together without a problem. I keep them refrigerated to keep from melting -- and they taste excellent cold!!

Caramel Turtle Brownies

Delicious! I used a double chocolate fudge cake mix & left out the pecans... came out great!! It was easy to make for a first-time baker. I will definitely make these again.
