Southern-Style Pork Chops

Good recipe, I didnt have White wine on hand, so I used cooking sherry, didnt have heavy cream so I used regular milk an sour cream, added a teaspoon of cornstrach to thicken. Added seasoning to taste served with white rice, DELICIOuS!!!!

Creamy Cream Cheese Frosting

Luv this frosting, I always use 8 oz. cream cheese and extract depending on type of cake. I've used banana, lemon, rum and strawberry extract.

Glenn's Marinated Pork Shoulder

Just delicious, slow cooked it on grill overnight for about 8 hours with mesquite charcoal and wood chips, wrapped in foil with holes poked in foil. It was falling off the bone. Great we loved it.

Homemade Banana Pudding Pie

This is way too much sugar. I used half the amount, per the suggestion of others and it was still too sweet. We love our sweets but dang. I'll try it again but with maybe just 1/2 cup sugar.
