Perfect recipe. I used canola oil and vegetable oil and noticed no difference. I like them extra extra crispy so just when you think they are done, leave them in another 2 minutes. I can tell because parts of the wings will be a very dark brown. Take them out of the oil briefly put on a paper towel then throw them in a bowl with the sauce. As for the sauce, after I heated it on the stove, I put it in the fridge for 10 minutes to thicken it.
