Best Chocolate Chip Cookies
You don't need to alter anything, in my opinion, for this recipe. Although I never use as much sugar, I just use a little less, and still all of my baking recipes come out great! I use floured hands to roll the cookies into balls and flatten on the cookie sheet. I always cream butter and sugar-once you make a cookie using that techinique, you will find it will taste great! Brown sugar in any recipe gives it a great flavor along with the vanilla! :-)

Whipped Cream
This was so easy! I did put my metal bowl and whisker in the freezer for 10 minutes. I used a tablespoon of sugar-free vanilla syrup(torani or davinci make great syrups) instead of the extract. I use it in place of all my vanilla recipes and usually go with the full tablespoon on most recipes. I also used a heaping tablespoon of confectioners sugar. Cooking/Baking is all about experimenting with what you like, so never be afraid to try variations of a recipe. I did use a handmixer, and found going up the higher speeds gave me a better consistency than at a lower speed.

Brooke's Best Bombshell Brownies
I also tweaked mine with the split of light brown sugar and regular white sugar. I used Dove dark chocolate also in it with walnuts. It was good, but a little too cakey out of the oven. However overnight it took much of the cakeyness out and it was def. more fudgy! I will be using this recipe for a bake sale as it's ingredients are cheap!
