This recipe, as written, is SUPER EASY and SUPER BLAND. The chicken was moist, but flavorless. Will make it again, but not as written. Will follow other reviewer's advice and marinate the chicken in Italian dressing and garlic, then roll in seasoned breadcrumbs and parmesan. I used 7 large breasts and adjusted the ingredients accordingly. 35 - 40 minutes at 425 degrees was perfect. I will DEFINITELY line my pan with foil for easier cleanup next time too!! What a big greasy mess all the oil and breadcrumbs made!!
