Irish Pound Cake

Roasted Bok Choy

Great recipe! Next time I will cut the bok choy in smaller pieces. Thank you for the suggestion of soy sauce...I have no idea what Amino Acid is to cook with and I used low sodium soy sauce. I did not add fine herbs because I don't know what they are. I am Italian and fine herbs to me are garlic, parsley and oregano!!! I am going to try the suggestion of beans, rice and tofu. Thank you

Italian Sausage Soup

This soup is amazing! I made it as is, and it was a HUGE hit at home. I am making a pot right now to bring to a friend. I am going to experiment with a vegetarian version with fake sausage. Thank you to the person who submitted this recipe!

Roasted Pecan Banana Bread Loaves

I did not alter the ingredients, whisked together the wet and dry ingredients as suggested. I made one loaf (9 x 5) and baked it at 350 deg for 1-hour. It is the best banana bread I have ever eaten.

Turkey Carcass Soup

this soup is amazing1 I have made it twice, once with the worcestershire sauce, once without. It was much better without. The worcestershire sauce seemed to take over the soup in a negative otherwise it is fantastic!

Irish Car Bomb Cake

This cake was so much fun!! It has quite a few ingredients, and I was really careful making it, but came out great and everyone loved it. The car bomb theme and all the alcohol in it made it a party all it's own!! Fantastic!!

Vegetarian Tofu and Nut Loaf

This was a fantastic recipe. I followed it exactly with no problem. This recipe has unlimited possibilities as far as adding additional ingredients. Thank you to the chef! As a side note, doesn't everyone know the difference between vegan and vegetarian in the use of eggs (re: poemmommy1 review).

Southern Pecan Pie I

5 stars wonderful recipe. The only thing I achaned (it could be mt ove) is to bake it at 350 deg for an hour - burned my pecans first time! LOVE this recipe and so does everyone I make it for.

Slow Cooker Adobo Chicken with Bok Choy

This is a fabulouse recipe and easy. I made rice with it because there is so much flavorful juice. I recommend this anytime and is great for a covered dish dinner.

Butterfinger® Cake

This cake was a big hit. I followed the recipe exactly with the exception of following the cake directions on the box. It was extremely moist, easy and quick to make, and not too sweet. I know, I thought it would be sickening sweet, but it wasn't. What a great recipe!!! Thank you. Oh, I made it for a 13 year old's birthday and he said, "this is better than my mom's."

Savory Roasted Butternut Squash Soup

I followed the recipe exactly and it was really bland. I made it for a friend of mine who is sick and is only eating bland food, so it worked out OK for me. I am just not sure how to enhance the flavor.

Blueberry Sour Cream Coffee Cake

I made this cake exactly according to the recipe. It came out raw. I tried cooking it longer, but only had a mess. I tried serving it just to family in a bowl with a spoon just not to waste it. The ingredients are great, but I will never attempt this cake again.
