Best Chocolate Chip Cookies

Reviewed: Sep. 4, 2011
Don't expect to eat just one. I like to put more chocolate chips in and I use the mini ones so the chocolate is distributed more evenly.

Alaska Salmon Bake with Pecan Crunch Coating

Reviewed: Sep. 4, 2011
I used this recipe to try to copy a dish at an italian place. It turned out delicious. I also made a horseradish cream sauce that I put on the plate and then placed the salmon on top of that. I topped the salmon with a fresh tomatoe and basil mixture. Very good.

Brick-Oven Pizza (Brooklyn Style)

Reviewed: Sep. 4, 2011
Amazing! Best pizza I have ever made. I don't have the pizza stone or peel so it was a little more difficult to slide pizza into the oven. I used a stainless steel cookie sheet. I will be making this again and again.

Old Fashioned Coconut Cream Pie

Reviewed: Sep. 4, 2011
My boyfriend loves this pie. I am not a custard/pudding fan so I don't eat this but I have tried it and if I loved that type of food, I would love this. I altered the recipe according to other reviewers. I used 3 egg yolks instead of the eggs, used coconut milk and half and half to make 3 cups and used cornstarch instead of flour. I make my own pie crust and I whip my own cream instead of cool whip. This is super easy to make-I make the filling in the microwave and it takes less than 5 minutes to thicken up.

Boilermaker Tailgate Chili

Reviewed: Sep. 4, 2011
Amazing! I followed the recipe almost exactly. I left the celery out because I am not a big fan of it. Because I love spicy food, I added jalepenos. Like other reviewers mentioned, instead of plain tomatoes I bought the cans that had lime and cilantro just to add more flavors to the chili. It is so easy to make and freezes well (if there is any left over to freeze)
