Chocolate Chip Muffins

Reviewed: Oct. 10, 2012
They tasted great. They just, were sort of stiff and dry. Other than that, they were okay. My family liked them though. They're not the worst, and absolutely not the best.

Dessert Crepes

Reviewed: Oct. 10, 2012
These were my first crepes ever. They actually turned out pretty good! It's a good recipe for beginners, it just takes practice. If you've never made crepes, I'd suggest using this recipe. Just be careful of how much oil/butter you use on the pan. Too much will ruin them. Cook them at a low heat, and try not cook them to long. Good luck!

Peanut Butter Cocoa No-Bake Cookies

Reviewed: Feb. 3, 2012
Lovely!!!! I was afraid they wouldn't turn out wrong 'cause i used hot cocoa instant mix and old fashioned oats. They turned out just fine! next time I'll slightly boil the oats so they aren't so hard. thanks for the recipe!!!!YUMMMMMM......

Soft Christmas Cookies

Reviewed: Dec. 2, 2011
this recipe is really good tasting, it's just that I used butter instead of margarine and baked them for 3-4 minutes extra and they turned SUPER HARD! I have to make a new batch today because of that...well, anyway, deffenetly cook 5-6 minutes and no extra if you want them soft. and DON'T roll thinner than 1/4 inch!!!!!too crunchy!!!!!! Merry Christmas, Little Emmanuel is here!!!!

Mrs. Sigg's Snickerdoodles

Reviewed: Aug. 21, 2011
I don't like snickerdoodles honestly, but this recipe is very good, and fun to make. I would suggest less cinnamon for those of us who can't xontain so much spice.

Blackberry Pie I

Reviewed: Aug. 16, 2011
This recipe is AMAZING!I followed exactly what the recipe said, and it turned out perfect, like a Marie Calander pie. I used egg wipe on the bottom (just wipe some whisked egg with a paper towel over the shell), and there was absolutely no soggy shells. This recipe is the most easy, yet versatile pie ever, very healthy, yet still sweet and tangy. This is perfect for our ripe and wild blackberries in our yard. Thanks- LucyJeane.
