Quick and Easy Shrimp Fajitas

Reviewed: May 23, 2011
I was looking for a tasty Quick meal with the shrimp I had thawed. This hit the spot. I didnt have the peppers so I used a tomato and the onion. I pt the tomato in when I put in the shrimp. They cooked too quick next time I'll put them in when the shrimp are almost done. I recomend this to anyone looking for a quick tasty meal.

Vegetable Spoon Bread

Reviewed: Oct. 20, 2013
This stuff is the bomb. I didn't have the Packaged corn muffin mix so I used 8 oz. of regular corn bread mix. The only other change I made was I had a little chopped onion left from another recipe and I just threw it in for good measure. I did let it cook till the entire thing was set ( it took about 45 mins)But well worth the wait. I'll be making this again and very soon.

Peppy's Pita Bread

Reviewed: Aug. 27, 2013
Made these in my bread maker on the dough setting no trouble at all. They were just the thing to go with the Greek salad. I will say the hardest part was rolling them out they need to be as thin as they can be. I painted a mixture of garlic powder and olive oil on each side as I fried them. I think they would have done just as well in the oven which I'll try next time. They are great so much better than store bought.
