Quick and Easy Shrimp Fajitas

Reviewed: May 23, 2011
I was looking for a tasty Quick meal with the shrimp I had thawed. This hit the spot. I didnt have the peppers so I used a tomato and the onion. I pt the tomato in when I put in the shrimp. They cooked too quick next time I'll put them in when the shrimp are almost done. I recomend this to anyone looking for a quick tasty meal.

Made this tonight and it was great. The only things I changed was I had salsa instead of taco sauce and I used pico de gio as a topping. Next time I will leave off the chips. We loved it. I will be making this again.

Vegetable Spoon Bread

Reviewed: Oct. 20, 2013
This stuff is the bomb. I didn't have the Packaged corn muffin mix so I used 8 oz. of regular corn bread mix. The only other change I made was I had a little chopped onion left from another recipe and I just threw it in for good measure. I did let it cook till the entire thing was set ( it took about 45 mins)But well worth the wait. I'll be making this again and very soon.
