Smothered Collard Greens and Cabbage

Reviewed: Jan. 29, 2013
This is an easy recipe to try. I found it to be ok. I pretty much followed the recipe except for the amounts of greens and cabbage I just used what I had of each. I think next time I will leave out the cabbbage I like both fried cabbage and fried collards just not together.

Slow Cooker Corn Chowder

Reviewed: Dec. 30, 2012
this was ok not anything special. I have never had corn chowder so I dont really have anything to judge the taste by. We love corn and especially creammed corn. I think maybe t would be better if it was made with creammed corn instead of whole kernel.

Slow-Cooker Lasagna

Reviewed: Dec. 3, 2012
A good starting point for Lasagna but bland. Needs more sauce and I cooked it 1 hour on high and 3 on low and it burned on the bottom edges. I think with a few changes this could be a great slow cooker recipe, but needs work

Kinda bland as written although I can see lots of room for additions. Salt and pepper is a must.
