Cinnamon Rolls II

I made this exactly as the recipe says. I think it turned out well. Other reviewers said it was too sticky and needed more flour. Mine came out of the bread machine perfectly. The frosting was pretty good, although I might use something different just for personal preference. The only negative thing I can say is that there is definitely not enough of the cinnamon sugar in the recipe. Next time I will double or triple it (it's no where near as dark as the picture shows). Overall, I enjoyed these rolls and they were very easy to make. I will look forward to making them again with the tweaks I mentioned.

Spaghetti Carbonara II

Just went to Rome earlier this month and tried this. I loved it so much, so when I came home, I just had to find a recipe. There are quite a few recipes out there, so I looked at the ingredient list and picked a few that sounded most like what I had. I decided to give this one a try because the directions sounded easy. I thought it tasted exactly what I had in Rome. I didn't use wine or onions because I don't like either. It tasted amazing! If you're feeding a family, this amount would probably be enough, but for just 2 people, halve the recipe. Also, if you're making the full amount, I would get a bigger frying pan. I'm using a standard size, and it was difficult tossing the spaghetti (over and over and over- your arm definitely gets a workout) without making a mess. May have to invest in a larger skillet just to make this :)

Easy Chicken and Biscuits

This was delicious! Chicken and biscuits from other recipes but they were missing some flavor. This one was great. I ended up using a little bit more biscuits (bought 2 packages, used enough to cover my baking dish and the baked any extras according to the directions on the can). The only bad thing I found was that it did turn out a litle watery. Next time, I plan on using only 1kind of soup. If people are doubling this recipe, I'd suggest not doubling the soups.

White Frosting

I picked this recipe because it had ingredients that I normally keep around the house and it has good reviews. It did look a little weird when mixing the milk and flour, but it all worked out. I think I need to beat mine for a little longer. It came out a little watery but tastes delicious! I frosted 24 cupcakes with it.
