Pumpkin Spice Cookie

Reviewed: Jan. 15, 2006
Talk about easy! When I crave pumpkin bread, I'll do this instead. It's practically instant. This is great stuff. Also, for the kids I made a batch with some White Chips added in. YUMMY! Try it, it adds a touch of creamy sweetness that the kids loved.

I used goldfish crackers and mini pretzels. I LOVE recipes where I can use up what I have on hand! I took this to a family reunion. Had to email the recipe to 2 people the next day. SOOOO EASY and tasty.

Good and easy. I was out of raisins so I used chopped prunes. I overcooked it a little, but the hubby still liked it.

Banana Banana Bread

Reviewed: Jul. 13, 2003
Very good. I made a double recipe and baked it in a 9X13 dish. (Loaf pans still packed from moving) Kids thought it was cake. Of course, I had a little trouble getting the center to cook. But, it was SO good right out of the pan there was hardly any left for breakfast the next morning.

S'mores Pie

very easy. The kids (and the neighbor's kids) loved this and asked for more. It really does taste like s'mores. (without the sticky gooey-ness on the hands)

great! makes soft and chewy cookies, and so easy. Just the way we like them. I used pineapple cake mix - unusual and yummy flavor for a cookie.

The first time I made this we ran out, the second time I had to make a double recipe. I make it at least once a week. It is my husband's absolute favorite and he asks for it all the time. Even better with fresh parmesean. This recipe is great!!!

Great recipe. Used the rest of a trail mix I had (cheerios, raisins, granola, pretzels (crushed), m&m's, peanut butter chips)my 5 kids loved them. Will definately take them on our camping trip. SO EASY!!! Wasn't sure if consistency was right, but was perfect after letting them sit in fridge for about 30 min.

Peach Pie

Reviewed: Dec. 12, 2002
Excellent!! This was the easiest peach pie I've ever made. Fresh peaches were not available, so I used frozen, already sliced. I also cheated and used frozen pre-made pie crusts. TALK ABOUT EASY! But,Everyone loved it! We've already made it once more and plan to make it for our big family Christmas Eve Dinner. Next time I will try the cooling thing, as it can be a little too juicy.
