Pesto Cream Sauce
This is incredible. Very easy to make. I wasn't sure about adding the flour in with the milk. So, I made a roux as I normally would when thickening sauces - I added the flour to the butter, onion, garlic mixture and let it cook for about a minute and then added the milk. Has worked fine both times. The first time I made this with the pesto and it was fantastic. The second time, I didn't add the pesto (as I didn't have any) but based on the ingredients I figured it would taste more like an alfredo sauce without it. Sure enough, it did! Great both ways.

Garlic Shrimp Linguine
Great! Only gave it 4 stars because I added some things. Doubled the sauce, added broccoli and mushrooms as well as some red pepper flakes. I didn't have a problem with the cheese clumping up. Will make again!

Corn Dog Muffins
Excellent! I gave it a 4 because I modified it a bit. First of all, I had corn flour and all-purpose flour on hand so I used the "Amusement Park Cornbread" (with suggested modifications). The only extra step is taking about 1 minute to measure out the flour, corn flour and baking powder. Saves from specially buying a corn muffin mix. I had beef knockwurst on hand and chopped it into 4 pieces and they fit nicely in the muffin pans. These tasted SOOO good. However, as you bite into it, the muffin tends to crumble and you end up eating the hot dog separately. I think next time I will chop the hot dog into small chunks and mix it into the batter. The other thing is I saved out some of the grated cheese and sprinkled it on top of the muffins. It added a nice crunchy, flavorful texture to the muffins!
