Spinach Artichoke Lasagna

Reviewed: Aug. 6, 2012
This was outstanding and I have saved it to cook regularly. Healthy and tasty. My husband loved it and 2 of my 3 kids and myself! I did not find the need for feta so I omitted. Also I did not pre cook the lasagna noodles - no need to. This beats all other lasagnas especially for some of us that don't eat meat lasagna. Thanks for the recipe.

Baked Salmon II

Amazing! I used some pesto sauce I had in the fridge instead of basil, etc. Turned out great.

It's Chili by George!!

Reviewed: Aug. 6, 2012
Thank you George. Love this recipe and I have made it twice and will make it again and again. I generally use whatever canned beans available in my pantry. I also add on more spicy and chillies to give it a kick. My boys love this chilli! I served it with French Baguette but my husband thinks it would also go very well over rice.

Easy Polenta with Tomato Sauce

Reviewed: Aug. 6, 2012
Very tasty polenta. I didn't have yellow corn flour so I used white and it turned out well. I used vegetable broth so that all members of the family could enjoy it. I thought that the spaghetti sauce was too much and overpowering the amount of polenta. i might try to make a fresh tomato sauce for this next time. Thanks for this recipe.

Barbie's Tuna Salad

Reviewed: Jul. 27, 2012
Very good recipe, thank you. I made mine with italian salad dressing and just 1 tbs mayo. The curry powder is wonderful in this recipe. I added chopped tomatoes for color. Served for my boys on sourdough and it was well received.

Quinoa and Black Beans

Reviewed: Jul. 27, 2012
Absolutely delightful, tasty, healthy and quick to make! I simmered the quinoa 5 min longer cos I like it less al dente. I will make this again and again. Thanks a lot for the recipe.
