i prepared these at night and refrigerated until the next evening and they still came out great! only thing i changed was using coconut milk instead of beer. love that all i needed to do after a long day at work was fry these up, a couple minutes on each side.

Wonderful Short Ribs

this is a great recipe! i didn't have parsley or thyme so subsituted with tarragon and basil. came out great, very tender and flavorful, will definetly be making this again.

Ratatouille Bake

my husband and i both loved this recipe, gives a bit of a flare to the standard ratatouille recipe. the only thing we did differently was to use fresh basil and parsley.
