Healing Cabbage Soup
this is a good simple recipe that takes little time. i only tweaked it slightly adding shredded carrots, kale, fresh parsley, hot pepper flakes and some rice. i made a large batch and froze some for the cold season

Cranberry Scones
good flavor and easy to make, i'll probably add about 1/4 to 1/2 cup more flour next time so they don't flatten out so much.

Mulligatawny Soup I
delicious soup! i forgot all about the cream but don't think it's needed, when i make it again i will probably do the same. the only thing i added was some crushed pepper flakes since we like spicy food.
