Tuna Noodle Casserole from Scratch

Reviewed: Jan. 28, 2014
This was very easy to make and I was out of my can of celery soup I normally use so the roux was perfect and we do not like mushrooms so left them out. It was a perfect consistency and I am very pleased as is my hubby:) yummy

Potato Skillet

I woke up this morning and was starving and I came across this awesome recipe. I used center cut bacon and omitted garlic salt and added sea salt and a splash of milk to the eggs! OMG it was awesome, bacon was crumbly and very little grease since is center cut, I believe this will eliminate everyone's complaints that it was too greasy. Thank you for this winner??

Best Chocolate Chip Cookies

Reviewed: Nov. 3, 2013
This was such a good recipe that I originally were making then for a neighborhood gathering however they were so good I kept half for myself and husband and took the rest over for my girlfriend and her husband.! I always use only parchment paper it may help for the one person that said she always has problems with sticking. I followed the recipe to the dry and had no problem with dryness or anything?? thank you so much for making my life easier, I will be adding these to my Christmas cookies that I make for gift baskets!

Slow Cooker Chicken Cacciatore

Reviewed: Aug. 14, 2011
I just love this recipe! I use 6 skinless thighs for more flavor and 2 to 3 chicken breasts also skinless. I prefer 1 red bell pepper cut up and I sautéed my mushrooms first so the recipe is not as watery. I first slice a onion and lay slices on bottom of crock pot, then I add the thighs, then breasts, pour your favorite jar of sauce ( I use Gia Russa hot Sicilian ) then on top I lay the sautéed mushrooms, 3 diced fresh cloves of garlic and then a red and green bell coarsely chopped. I serve with ziti or penne! Wow what a comfort food for the whole family:)
