Susan is the author of the Bake Wtih Dates cookbook, available from Amazon. She learned to bake by her mother's side, starting at the age of five. She works as a librarian and lives in Southern California with her husband and two teenage children. She has also published a romance novel, Alaric’s Song, as well as a nonfiction work, C.S. Lewis: A Reference Guide 1972-1988.
