Did not try this recipe but wanted to share one similar from Kroger that is so delicious my 15-month-old scarfed it down with smiles.
2 cans tuna (5 oz each)
2 ribs celery, diced
2 Tbsp. fresh basil, chopped
1 Tbsp. mayonnaise or Miracle Whip
1 Tbsp. red wine vinegar
1 clove garlic, minced
1/4 tsp. black pepper
In a medium bowl, mix tuna, celery, basil, mayo, vinegar, garlic and pepper. Pit and alve avocados; set four halves aside. Cube remaining halves and gently toss into salad.
Mound tuna salad over each avocado half. Serve with crust bread. Refrigerate and leftovers.
