Garlic Cheddar Chicken

This is an easy and yummy way to make chicken breasts a little less boring. I used a little less cheese but used sharp cheddar, paired it with steamed asparagus and yellow rice. Nice easy recipe.

Spicy-Sweet Glazed Salmon

I got rave reviews after making my salmon with this marinade! I would love to add an ingredient that would pump up the spicy but overall, this is a great and easy way to make fish.

I've made this a couple of times and the first time, I made it to the specifications and it came out really great. The 2nd time, I added a 1/2 cup of chocolate chips and reduced the sour cream slightly. It was even more moist but I had to increase the bake time a tiny bit. Overall, love this recipe!

Beer Butt Rosemary Chicken

Made this to spec except I was out of chicken broth so I used beef broth. It didn't make one bit of difference from what I can tell and the chicken was one of the best I had ever made! Super crispy outside, very moist inside and fresh herbs really make a difference. Love it and will make it a fall/winter staple. Thanks!

Cheese Enchiladas

This is a very bland recipe. I added a few spices and it still just tasted like tomato sauce. Do not recommend this at all.

Shepherd's Pie

I added garlic, a Sazon seasoning pack, salt & cumin to the meat mixture. I also used Onion & Chive flavored mashed potatoes. Mine needed additional oven time but it turned out awesome! Flavorful and the perfect comfort food. I may add corn next time but glad I tried it!

Wasabi Mayo Salmon

I made this recipe using Trader Joe's Wasabi Mayo and Utz potato chips. It was yummy! I added a little pepper to the fish before cooking as well. Goes great with salad and bread.
