Chocolate Cornstarch Pudding

Reviewed: Apr. 26, 2015
Delicious!! I doubled it but only used 1.5 cups of sugar and for my family it was sweet enough. I did not add butter since I was out of it. also added two eggs like other readers suggested. Thanks for sharing!!!

Outrageous Chocolate Chip Cookies

Reviewed: Apr. 19, 2015
Wonderful recipe!! I doubled it and my daughter accidentally put more ground oatmeal and less flour but it still was great!! I also used olive oil since that's all I had. I also used half peanut butter and half almond butter because I was short on pb! They were soft but crispy on the outside. These are great!! I will make again!!Nutritious, and so easy to make!!!Yum!!!

To Die For Blueberry Muffins

Reviewed: Apr. 5, 2015
Very delicious! I tripled the recipe for Easter Potluck. Made 30 huge muffins, all gone!! Moist, soft, not too sweet. I added 1/4 c less of sugar since I ran out and they were still sweet enough. I did add about 1/2 c more of milk since it was really dry and hard to mix. I did NOT add vanilla like some readers. Bakery quality!!!Thanks for sharing!!Thanks for sharing!

French Onion Soup Gratinee

Reviewed: Feb. 1, 2015
Good soup but the Balsamic vinegar made it too sour for me. Next time I would put half the amount if calls for.

Jalapeno Popper Spread

Reviewed: Jan. 11, 2015
Made this because I didn't want to hassle with actual jalapeno poppers. It was so delicious! I baked it for 25 minutes. I used half sour cream and half mayo. Next time I will omit mayo., I just didn't like it. I will also add more jalapenos and omit the chilies. I also added about some grated cheese because I wanted it to be cheesy. It was a hit!! Kids said it tasted just like jalapeno poppers! Thanks for the recipe.

Great recipe! Rich, creamy, and delicious! Used an egg substitute for allergy reasons. I also used only a cup of sugar and it was still a hit with my kids!

Banana Sour Cream Bread

Reviewed: Oct. 11, 2014
Great! Better than plain banana bread! Cinnamon, vanilla and "sour cream," make it so delicious. Very moist!! I had to substitute sour cream for half yogurt and half cottage cottage-cheese since I did not have sour cream. I also used a 9X13 pan and ended up raising the heat to 325 degrees since it was not baking at 300 degrees. Baked for 15 minutes additional minutes. I also halved the sugar since I am pre-diabetic. I am not those annoying people that make changes just used what i had on hand!

Churros

Reviewed: Aug. 17, 2014
Wonderful. Crunchy on the outside and soft on the inside. I ended up rolling them on the counter since my ziplock bag tore. Experimented with fat ones and skinny ones, both yummy and cooked through with out burning. I will make again, satisfied my craving!GRACIAS!!

Real Hummus

Reviewed: Mar. 13, 2012
Good but need to decrease salt to personal taste, this is too salty. Very easy to make and fast to prepare. Next time I plan to use only olive oil, didn't like the tahini oil. I added cayenne pepper!
