I always try to read several review for a new recipe before I try it, and thanks to allrecipes contributors, I found a few tweaks for To Die For Blueberry Muffins. I doubled the recipe and made the batter just as written, but doubled the blueberries and added the zest of one lemon. For the crumb topping, I cut the butter in half & used 1/2 brown and 1/2 white sugar. I used paper cups and filled them to the top. Doubled, the recipe made 12 oversized regular muffins and I had some batter left over, so I put it in a mini loaf pan. The crumb topping was generous on all of the muffins & the loaf. My girlfriend came in after I baked these and said "You should enter those in the fair, they look SO good!" This recipe is definitely going in my recipe box!
