Quick and Easy Brownies
I just made these and snuck a piece to make sure they're okay before I bring them to a family event. ;) I reduced the flour to 1 cup as other reviewers suggested and I also added a handful of semi-sweet choc. chips. The bake time was longer than expected... my oven isn't the most powerful so at first I put them in for 27 mins. then another 4 and then an additional 4..! The texture of these brownies is great. Not too soft and not too fudgey. I'd add more choc. chips or something because the chocolate taste is a bit lacking. These are a good base brownie. I'm going to make these again and again and experiment by adding different ingredients! The title doesn't lie, these are super easy.

Banana Banana Bread
LOVE this recipe. I've made it three times and get fantastic results each time. I bring this to family get togethers and it always goes! My boyfriend always want me to make it too. haha. I also add a bag of chocolate chips to make it extra special and sweet! :) Also, if you've made this recipe and it's too dense or too dry, you are probably over-mixing when combining the dry/wet ingredients. That's why the recipe states "mix to moisten" or something like that. No need to overdo it! Super simple recipe, great results. :)

Best Big, Fat, Chewy Chocolate Chip Cookie
I just made these... The dough came out really crumbly for me and it was tricky the make the batter stick together. I put some in the oven and they came out okay. I find them too sweet -- too much vanilla and sugar. My boyfriend says they're good, but they're not to my liking..! I added two more eggs to the rest of the batter and baked for 17 minutes and I find them A LOT better and fluffier.
