Tantalizingly Tangy Meatloaf
I couldn't find pineapple preserves so I used crushed Dole pineapple (maybe around 1/3 cup). I added the glaze half way through cooking and poked holes in the meat like someone suggested. This turned out great! I wasn't a meatloaf fan until I made this one. Thanks for sharing your recipe!

To Die For Blueberry Muffins
These were so delicious! For the topping, I used brown sugar instead of white, cut the flour to 1/4 cup, and added a packet (about 1/4 cup) instant oats. Marvelous!
