Kathy's Roast and Vegetables
I don't know who said that this will serve 12, because I bet it would barely serve 6. There were 4 of us and we at it all.
Anyways, the meat tasted very good. The gravy was a little tangy, but still good. The vegetables were all cooked to a good texture. I will probably use less onion soup mix next time, as I suspect this is what overpowered the gravy and gave it the tangy flavor.
