Two Ingredient Pumpkin Cake

Pretty good! I added 1/4 cup of water and 3 eggs. It was very hard to mix (Make sure you mix it well or you will get bites with the crunch of the cake mix). Baked for 35 minutes and topped with a glaze, although it didn't really need it. Next time, I will add chopped pecans to the cake mix and just dust with cinnamon and powdered sugar.

Fresh Strawberry Upside Down Cake

I consider myself a good cook but this did NOT work for me. I followed the directions exactly and it fell apart. The ONLY thing I did differently was using a bundt cake pan. Maybe I will try again with the 9 x 13. I really wanted this to work!

Filet Mignon with Rich Balsamic Glaze

sooooo good! I made this for Valentine's dinner and followed the ingredients to a T... I did cook it just a little big longer than specified because I didn't want the meat super red. It was awesome- don't change a thing!

Cheesecake Supreme

WOW! This is a good recipe. I baked at 200 for 2.5 hrs then turned the oven off for about 30 minutes. Once removed, I let it sit out for about an hour then added the raspberry sauce and strawberries. Also, I did not add the 1/8c of flour- still came out perfect! I'll upload a pic!

Brownies III

I used 1C oil and 1tsp salt... I also added 1/4ts vanilla and a dash or two of cinnamon. They were really good! However I can see why most say they're too oily- there is no way I'd eat these with the oil amt called for in the recipe. I also had to cook them about 15 extra minutes- but I used a 9x9 dish. They were worth the calories in the end :)

King Ranch Chicken Casserole I

I make this all the time. My secret is to use cheese doritos for the chips. It gives it a kick. Also, I make white rice and eat it on the side. Serve with a spoon full of sour cream and salsa on top. Deee-lisch!

Black Magic Cake

This is soooo good! I do agree with the others- make sure to coat the pan well!!! I used two 9" pans and made it with the coffee cinnamon icing on this site. It is super moist. I made this the night before a party and it was still outstanding the next day!

Annie's Fruit Salsa and Cinnamon Chips

I am only giving this 4 stars because it took forever to cut up all of the fruit, and it really did not get touched at the Xmas party. I did have a few people come up to me to tell me it was really good, but, like I said, I had more than half left... I think am going to use the remaining fruit to put on top of a cheesecake for the next party tomorrow night so we'll see how that goes! The chips were delish.... Maybe I'll try again for a baby shower or something. Thanks!

Southern Made Cheese Ball

This cheeseball recipe is the best I have ever found! I cannot take it ANYWHERE without having to share the recipe..... I always make two using the ingredients- 1 rolled in chopped pecans & chives, and 1 plain- One change I do make- I cannot stand Mayo so I sub it for sour cream.. What a hit!! THANK YOU for such a great recipe!

GREAT RECIPE! But this cake will stick!! I had to use so much flour on my stone cake pan and it still stuck a little- make sure to use too much instead of not enough flour!
