I love to bake, especially with chocolate. I like to cook new things to expand my knowledge on different techniques and how to make things better. I bake everything from cakes and cookies to bread and muffins. I also cook very often, some of the things love to cook and eat are potatoes au graten and pan seared steaks southern food is pretty good as well. Baking cookies for Christmas and cakes for birthdays. Also I love that we get together in the kitchen around the holidays to make a wonderful meal. My cooking doesn't compare to the good times with loved ones in the kitchen. Just about everything I make since I never had the chance before. Cornbread and my first stuffing. I wouldn't put anyone through that misery even if I didn't like them lol.
