About this Cook
My favorite things to cook
I love to bake, especially with chocolate. I like to cook new things to expand my knowledge on different techniques and how to make things better. I bake everything from cakes and cookies to bread and muffins. I also cook very often, some of the things love to cook and eat are potatoes au graten and pan seared steaks southern food is pretty good as well.
My favorite family cooking traditions
Baking cookies for Christmas and cakes for birthdays. Also I love that we get together in the kitchen around the holidays to make a wonderful meal. My cooking doesn't compare to the good times with loved ones in the kitchen.
My cooking triumphs
Just about everything I make since I never had the chance before.
My cooking tragedies
Cornbread and my first stuffing. I wouldn't put anyone through that misery even if I didn't like them lol.

Best Brownies
Idk whats wrong with it but I make a lot of stuff that turns out great, pies, cakes, bread, cookies, etc. but I have made this twice and idk why but it just doesnt taste good to me its like theres not enough chocolate or something. I added some more sugar and that helped it but not too much. I am looking for bakery quality brownies so I guess I have to go some where else.

Alienated Blueberry Muffins
These where ok. They didn't have that great of a flavor and were bland. Followed recipe exact. Thanks anyways but I will have to keep looking for my high rising sweet blueberry muffins muffins.

Sandy's Chocolate Cake
Wonderful it has a little bit of tang a whole lot of sweet and is delish. Whats not too love. There was a bit more frosting than was needed for my cake but can't say it went to waste lol.
