Outstanding! At first, I read all of the reviews here, I decided to add chicken broth (half cup) with cornstarch (on your own measure) and it turned out great!!! At first, 4 tablespoon of olive oil and butter didn't seem enough, so I added bit more. I cooked chicken first then took them out when they turned brown. I added Dry Sherry (House table, not the cooking one) and Marsala wine (Cooking wine) and sautee the mushrooms. I added a lot for this (two boxes of sliced portabella and one box of whole mushrooms!) When sauteed, I put the chicken back in the pan. After looking at it, it didn't seem much sherry and marsala left in it, so I decided to add more. I must have put in an extra cup of Marsala wine and half cup of Dry Sherry. Let it simmer for awhile before putting in cornstarch. Make sure you put cornstarch last in because it will turn thick immediately. It tasted wonderfully! It may seem like a lot of alcohol to you but everyone's taste is different. Amazing dish! (I probably put in too much alcohol due to a large cooking pan?)
