Fish Chowder
Couldn't be better or easier! I skipped the celery, Old Bay seasoning, clam juice, and flour and it STILL made a fantastic soup. Takes me back to my childhood--mmmmm!

Cajun Chicken Pasta
A really excellent, quick meal. I took my cue from other reviewers and reduced the fat by replacing butter with olive oil and cream with milk. I thickened the milk with a tblsp of flour. I left out the peppers because they don't agree with me, and used real garlic and a squeeze of lemon instead of lemon pepper. For "cajun seasoning" I used Penzey's "southwest seasoning." The whole came together in a flash, tasted and looked great. Thanks for the recipe and the suggestions for changing it to meet my dietary needs (and the contents of my cupboards!).

Chicken Milano
My whole family enjoyed this and I made it and got it to the table in about 45 minutes. I had fresh tomatoes on hand, not sundried, so I chopped them up, add the basil to them and sprinkled them on the finished dish at the end. I used a bit of gluten free baking mix to thicken the sauce. I also cooked gluten free noodles separately from regular noodles and arranged the chicken, sauce and tomatoes on top, reserving one side of the platter for g-f and the other for non g-f. I'm so grateful to find an easily adaptable recipe that's good for everyone. Thanks for sharing!!
