Cheese Cake Cups

Reviewed: Jun. 21, 2003
Awesome! A party smash hit. I made as is, but followed the other's advice by mixing 2 1/2 cups wafer to 1/4 cup butter in the food processor and then scooping 1 tablespoon of the mixture into each cup and pressing down to make the crusts. I also topped with cherry pie filling. Everyone loved them!

Beef and Bean Pot

A hit. My husband really liked it. I omitted the bell peppers and onions due to personal preference. I also used shredded cheddar cheese instead of the american cheese slices. Next time I will use more totrtilla chips!

Anna's Chocolate Chip Cookies

Reviewed: Apr. 9, 2003
This recipe was perfect! The only changes I made were that I used half Crisco and half butter and I also used half chocolate chips and half butterscotch! My husband adores them, and trust me he is picky about his cookies!

Cindy's Pumpkin Pie

Fabulous pie! I got raves! Too make it more pumpkiny flavored, I added 1/4 teaspoon of pumpkin pie spice. I also used just one 10 inch graham cracker crust to be a little different. My family loved it!

Chocolate Peanut Butter Cup Cookies

Reviewed: Dec. 22, 2002
This cookie was awesome. I have never had so many people tell me how wonderful my cookies were. I made these for a cookie exchange party as well as a Christmas potluck at my work. Everybody raved about them and they gone lickity split. I followed some advice from the others, I used half Crisco and half butter, half light brown sugar and half dark brown sugar, and I used Reeses bites, whoch worked out great. I also used one entire bag of peanut butter and chocolate chips (all mixed in the same bag) and they worked out great! Thank you!

I received mix reviews for this one when I made it. Some thought it was too hot and didn't like the sweetness. I loved it though!
