About this Cook
I am married and have 3 step-children and 4 awesome grandchildren. I am in the United States Air Force. I love Auburn football and I love to cook great dishes for all of our football gatherings. I love new recipes, especially anything from allrecipes website.
My favorite things to cook
Anything grilled, vegetables of any kind. If I can grill it, we will eat it.
My favorite family cooking traditions
My mother's potatoe salad has been passed down from my mom to me and now to my step-daughter.
My cooking triumphs
I made my first sweet potatoe casserole on Thanksgiving for our family dinner in 2008. I used 2 different recipes from the Allrecipes website to complete the dish. My family was so impressed with the flavor.

Chicken Pot Pie III
This was a great base to start with and add as you go! I added 1 can of cream chicken/mushroom and 1 can of cream of chicken and added a little water. I used a frozen vegetable's and pie crust but used the Pilsbury roll out crust for the top. I added Onion, Parsley, Salt, Pepper and Thyme. It came out perfect!

I love this recipe and so does my family. I also tweaked it and instead put a can of rotel (drained) in the meat and some cumin and made little mexi uglies... we loved that as well. So easy to make!
