Microwave Baked Apples

Great recipe- I added some toasted nuts when it was done for crunch and it was the perfect snack for a rainy afternoon. Delicious.

This is wonderful- I love how customizable it is. I have a co-worker who is allergic to nuts, so I just subbed in extra dried fruit. Dried apples are amazing in it. What a great versatile snack bar. And, the parts that crumbled when removed from the pan make a nice sprinkle to put on top of yogurt and ice cream!

Gluten-Free Peanut Butter Cookies

The flavor of these cookies was great, and all my co-workers loved them- even those who aren't gluten free. We have about 4 staff that can't tolerate gluten and they love when the potluck includes dessert for them. The cookies would have gotten a 5, but they spread so much on the pan, they weren't attractive in presentation at all. Luckily, taste trumps looks!

Sugar Cookies

The flavor on this cookie was okay, but the texture was not. To dry and crumbly, not at all what a sugar cookie should be liek.

Banana Pancakes I

Taste was good, but the texture was lacking. Very flat and "mushy". I tried cooking low and slow and also on medium/high heat. Just don't make a very fluffy pancake. Kids liked the flavor, so it is a keeper.

Cookie Dough for Ice Cream (Eggless)

Nice recipe- comes together very quickly. As another reviewer noted- great as a rainy day curl up with a movie snack! Never last long enough to make it into much ice cream.
