Aussie Chicken

Reviewed: Aug. 6, 2012
Okay ladies and gentleman, this recie is delicious, but I pretty much pitched the metod. Instead of 1/2ing the chicken I cut it into strips and marinaded it in worchestershire sauce like another reviewer suggested. I baked the bacon and sautéed the mushrooms with some garlic. After browning the chicken, I added the sauce (minus the corn syrup), bacon (crumbled) mushrooms and cheese, and let it cook until the cheese was melted. I served the whole thing over pasta with grilled tomatoes on the side. You can feel your heart slowing down whileyou eat it, but it's worth every bite! Cheers Beckie!

Outrageous Chocolate Chip Cookies

Reviewed: Oct. 10, 2011
These cookies are tasty, but we're more of a chewy cookie family. These were a bit dry for our taste. They're still pretty good with milk though

Honey-Garlic Glazed Meatballs

Reviewed: Oct. 2, 2011
I used ground veal instead of ground beef (no draining required) and a wee bit extra garlic in the meatballs is definitely a good idea. Solid recipe

Marbled Almond Roca

Reviewed: Sep. 23, 2011
I see that some people are saying that their recipe is coming out chewy. This may sound like a weird one, but if you make this on a humid day (rain/snow) or you live near a large body of water, it may come out that way. Try keeping the stove fan on while your solution is boiling, or if you have a dehumidifier, even better.
