I really enjoyed the flavor of this slaw. I cut the recipe in half and didn't use the napa cabbage. Instead I just used more of the head of green cabbage and some red. Otherwise I followed the recipe exactly. It's a nice twist on basic coleslaw and a fancy addition to a meal.

Chile Chicken Chili

Wow! this chili is great. Easy to make with the rotisserie chicken and packed with flavor. I actually added too much cayenne pepper but my family is still eating it. I made white rice to go along with it and they like the combo.

Yost Chocolate Cake

I thought this cake was really moist, rich and chocolaty. I loved the frosting - a combo of whipped cream and buttercream. next time I think I will make it in two 9-inch pans instead of the 13 x 9. It is a tad dense.
