Best Chocolate Chip Cookies

I made this exactly as the recipe said and the cookies were so flattened that they just melted into one cookie sheet of dough. I tried refrigerating the dough and even tried lowering the temp and increasing the time but nothing fixed it.

Banana Banana Bread

I made this recipe exactly as listed and it turned out raw/mushy. I am not sure I understand how, especially since I stuck a toothpick in and it came out clean, but after it sat for 10 min, I cut into it and the bread was raw. I will try making this again.

Crispy Fish

3 = liked it I didn't love this, but that's OK cause I shouldn't be eating fried food anyway right? My fish didn't look like the picture at all. I didn't have that much coating nor was it as nicely colored. I will not try this again, but I liked it :)

The best! I add whole garlic cloves (instead of powder), they are so yummy all cooked up and a little mushy with the chicken. YUM!

I really liked this, but didn't love it. It definitely needed some seasoning, pepper/garlic/salt/etc., and some color - maybe peas, asparagus, or possibly even multi color noodles would help?

Buffalo Shrimp

I liked this, it was good, but I didn't really like it (4 stars) or love it (5 stars). I liked the spice but didn't care for the crust, it wasn't crispy enough (or thick enough), got kinda doughy after sitting in the sauce.

No Time to Cook Chicken

I must have done something wrong...the chicken was dry. However, the sauce was fantastic served over rice. Chicken-3 stars, sauce-5 stars, entire meal averaged to 4 stars.

Baked Paprika-Parmesan Chicken

The flavor was good, but I think the chicken was not moist at all...in fact a little mushy. I would love to use this recipe for a salad, but would not recommend for anything with a sauce...the sauce soggies out the chicken.
