Chicken Liver Pate

This is a delicious recipe BUT with a few minor tweaks needed (IMO). I like garlic so I sautéed two medium sized cloves in the butter till fragrant then discarded before following the recipe as written....for the most part. I followed EJ's wise advise and drained the livers but reserved the liquid to add a small portion to the food processor until the mixture reached a consistency I liked. Sorry folks, I did not measure, just eyeballed it. Instead of regular salt I used a combination of regular salt and My Familys Seasonings...end result was fantastic! It reminds me of the liverwurst that Hickory farms used to sell. Family and friends loved it, as it was eaten up pretty fast =)

Fresh Southern Peach Cobbler

Best peach cobbler we have ever eaten! We loved the cake like topping vs the typical crunchy kind. Definitely try this recipe at least once =)

Divine Hard-Boiled Eggs

Making hard boiled eggs seems like a no brainer...its all about timing! This is a great recipe for newbies, or anyone in search of making perfect eggs (ie. minus the green tinge or sulfurous odor)

Kafta (BBQ)

It tastes like the kafta kabobs that an auntie on my husbands side makes ~ very tasty! I only had ground turkey on hand and because my mixture was mainly lean meat I added 1 egg and about 1/4 cup of finely crushed garlic croutons to help hold it together and keep it moist ~turned out great! I doubled the allspice added a couple cloves of minced garlic. It paired well with my chilled cucumber soup, side salad, pita bread, and hummus. Will definitely make again, but will try it with ground beef next time . Now I just need to find a good recipe for the mint yogurt dipping sauce...

Spinach Noodles

Semolina flour is a MUST when making pasta! Makes kneading, rolling, and shaping of the pasta waaay easier. So happy to find this recipe as already made spinach pasta seems to have disappeared from the market in my area. Fresh is always better anyways;)
