Pork Tenderloin with Mustard Sauce

I tried this with Red Stag black cherry bourbon as suggested in the comments, and it was fantastic. A dash of black pepper really enhanced the mustard sauce, although I left out the chives because my husband doesn't like them. With the soy in the marinade, this would also go great with a sweet/hot Asian sauce or any kind of horseradish. It's such a simple recipe, and both the marinade and sauce stand alone so well that I'll be sure to go back to it time and again.
