Best Bread Machine Bread

This is an excellent recipe! The end product is moist, light and has a pleasant "yeasty" flavour. I decided to use my Kitchen Aid stand mixer as I didn't want to dig out my bread machine. The result was the best bread I've had in quite some time. It has become my husband's favourite. I increased the serving size to 16 slices to make a good-sized double loaf. I also used olive oil instead of the vegetable oil which worked very well. Highly recommended!

Traditional White Bread

This is the first time I've attempted to make bread using the traditional method rather than a bread machine. This recipe was simple to use, instructions easy to follow and the finished product made even me look good. I need lots of practice with the kneading and forming of loaves but even with my lack of experience, I looked like a pro. Thanks Danialle!!!!
