Trinidad Stewed Chicken

Reviewed: Dec. 14, 2012
Made this last night and we loved it! I used thick cut boneless pork chops instead (because that's what I had in my fridge) and I served it over quinoa. I added more garlic and red pepper flakes than the recipe called for - we like it spicy! If you like this recipe then you should try this one also: http://allrecipes.com/recipe/moroccan-chicken-stew/detail.aspx

BBQ Glazed Homemade Meatballs

Reviewed: Apr. 13, 2012
These meatballs are AMAZING! I've made these many times now. My husband loves them, my mom and dad gave them a 10 out of 10. So easy - we use a different bottled BBQ sauce every time. And they reheat very well. DELICIOUS!

Hearty Hamburger Soup

Reviewed: Jan. 2, 2012
Excellent soup! Fun and easy to make. I subbed whole canned potatoes cut in half (added in the last 10 minutes just to heat them up) for the celery because my husband doesn't like celery. I added red pepper flakes and chili powder (to taste). We like things spicy! This reheats well too!

Curried Mango Chicken

Amazing! A perfect recipe... I just added some red pepper flakes because we like it spicy! Next time I may even add some golden raisins as well. Thanks so much for sharing this recipe!

Pineapple Chicken Delight

Reviewed: Nov. 3, 2011
WONDERFUL! I loved this recipe! The only change I made was I used a can of whole potatoes instead of slicing red potatoes. For the BBQ sauce I used Sweet Baby Ray's Sweet ’n Spicy. Next time I might try using fresh green beans instead of a green pepper just to see how that would taste. Overall a wonderful, easy recipe! Thanks for sharing!

Steff's Shepherd Pie

Reviewed: Nov. 3, 2011
Wonderful! And so very easy! My husband loved it! The only changes I made was I used a can of mixed veggies instead of only green beans and I left out the onion (because I didn't have one). I will be making this again tonight. Thanks for sharing!

Moroccan Chicken Stew

Reviewed: Nov. 3, 2011
Very good, but the next time I make this dish I will make a few changes: 1) I will add more spices. Both my husband and I agreed that it could be spicier (but that is personal preference, not everybody likes their meals spicy hot. 2) I will add more raisins. The raisins really added a nice flavor! 3) I only used one onion and I think that was enough. I also served it over rice which was great!

Cafeteria Carrot Souffle

Wonderful! I took the advice of other reviewers and used 1/4 cup white sugar and 1/4 cup brown sugar, added cinnamon and nutmeg, and baked for 1 hour. Everybody loved it! I'm looking forward to making it again! Thank you for sharing this recipe!

Chicken Pineapple Fajitas

Reviewed: Aug. 29, 2011
I have made this recipe twice so far and EVERYBODY has LOVED it! I only made a couple alterations - I blended my own Caribbean Jerk seasoning, substituted olive oil for vegetable oil and added more pineapple. This is a WONDERFUL recipe. Thanks so much for sharing it!
