I dont like jalepeno's, but my dad loves Poppers, so I tried this recipe for him for his birthday and WOW was it a success!! My mom and dad BOTH devoured these and I made a double batch! I used previous reviewers suggestion and helped to seal the won-ton wrappers with corn starch and water. That was a HUGE help! Time consuming to make, but worth it based on the reactions. Made as listed.

Grandma's Gingersnap Cookies
Excellent! I did as other reviewers suggested and used butter instead of shortening. I also added a dash of cloves and a pinch of nutmeg. I tried a batch where I flattened the ball, but didnt like that. Just put the ball on the cookie sheet, they come out great! Also, I found the dough easier to "ball" after refridgerating it for about 15 minutes. Another reviewer mentioned having an issue making the cinnamon sugar...its a spice already made, so just look for it in the spice section at the grocery store....awesome cookies...BIG hit! :)

Chunky Cheesecake Brownies
These were great! Very mom bit into one and her eyes rolled back in her I knew they were a success at that point! I followed the recipe exact, except for microwaving the chips and butter and not adding as many chips to the cream cheese mixture as suggested by previous reviewers. I didnt hold out much. I doubled the recipe and baked in a 9x13 glass pan.
