this is the first time ive made bread and it was perfect. husband and kid approved, a great fool proof recipe. i baked one and froze the second before the second rise and after i shaped it into a loaf and it also baked up perfect. we no longer buy loaf bread its so good.
update- ive been making this bread for almost a year and it been that long since we bought bread. ive found new ways to use this recipe. i roll out the dough and sprinkle light brown sugar, cinnamon and pecan. also roll out and cut into yeast rolls. awsome with some butter and honey on top. each of these freeze well after shaped before the 2nd rise as well. its handy to have all these in the freezer to use as needed. i thaw in the fridge overnight and lay out to rise in the am then bake. ill be having my 3rd child soon and will be stocking the freezer!
