We loved it as is. Will definitely have this again. No butter or oil so if you go with turkey sausage it is a great healthy dinner.

Slight modifications...I used light soy milk and light yogurt instead of buttermilk and applesauce. I added a half cup of dark chocolate chips. Love it!!

Strawberry Oatmeal Breakfast Smoothie

Excellent! I used "Very Vanilla" soy milk and skipped the vanilla. Also used one packet of Splenda instead of sugar. Blend without strawberries first. Thank you!

These were crumbly for me. 1 1/2 minutes to boil might have fixed it. Still tasted good ;)

Chow Mein Noodle Casserole

Reviewed: Jun. 24, 2003
I loved it, picky hubby hated it. I used the mushroom soup instead of the cream of chicken, added water chestnuts and Asian spice blend. Hubby said it was too bland, I thought it could have used some more spices but overall I liked it.

I used Kraft 2% Sharp Cheddar cheese...the dish was very bland. I'll try again with real cheese and see if that helps.
