Garlic Cheddar Chicken
I was really excited to try this recipe. All the ingredients were in my pantry. However, the garlic flavor just didn't come through. I cook the meat until just done; the cheese burnt on the bottom of the chicken. I'm going to adjust the recipe for a little more flavor and less cheese - just garlic chicken.
