Lamb Tagine
This dish is fabulous. Savory and juicy...wonderful aroma and flavors. I'm not a huge fan of lamb, but my husband is -- and this dish makes the lamb MORE than palatable for me. We were tagine novices, and LOVE the cooking implement now. The meat and veggies come out SO tender and juicy.

Awesome Sausage, Apple and Cranberry Stuffing
Awesome Flavor! I used dried tart cherries, instead of the cranberries, because I prefer their flavor. Also, because I wasn't stuffing a bird (made the stuffing to go with cornish hens) and I didn't want it to be dry, I softened 4 Tbsp butter & mixed it with 1 extra large egg then added that to the drizzling mixture. Baked in a dish @ 325...& came out perfect...not too dry/not too mushy :)
