Baked Dijon Salmon
My kids ate this up!!!! I followed the recipe, but did not add the bread crumbs or nuts! It was awesome!

Fabulous Beef Tenderloin
Have used this for the last two years for Christmas dinner. It is spectacular and easy! We like a good meal on Christmas with not a lot of fuss! This is a staple for us!

Gazpacho II
I thought this was delicious! I did follow some of the changes others made - 2tbsp of oil, no onions. I did add celery and more hot sauce because we like spicy.
