I love this recipe because it is very easy to make and you can become super creative with the recipe. For mine I dipped the oreo truffles in melted milk chocolate, peanut butter, butter scotch and white chocolate. Just make sure that you don't let the chocolate over heat because it will solidify!

Chili Chicken

My boyfriend absolutely loved this recipe because he loves the chili sauce! I would however increase the ingredients so that when you bake the chicken there is enough sauce to make it super saucy!

Garlic Roasted Chicken and Potatoes

I can't believe how delicious this recipe is considering how easy it was to make! I added the garlic cloves unpeeled (because I didn't realize you were supposed to keep them unpeeled) and it still turned out great. I added some honey to my maple syrup and some carrots. YUM!
